The Optimists are selling a variety of milk chocolate double dipped peanuts, cranberry crunch, cinnamon almonds, roasted and salted Pistachios, Fancy Pecans, Mixed Nuts, and Jumbo Cashews. The Ferris Nut Company product will be available from members and at Balanced Health Chiropractic Center at 710 W. Lawrence from October 21 to December 20 or while supplies last.

Charlotte Optimist are preparing for the 46th Wild Game Dinner on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the American Legion, 1000 W. Lawrence, Charlotte.  $30 Tickets include a fun night of appetizers and a wonderful dinner but also Bucket Drop, 50/50, 54 Gun Card Draw, Mystery Gun Cabinet drawing at 8 p.m., and more!  Wild Game Dinner tickets can be purchases by contacting Cheryl Starr at [email protected].

Your Donation in any amount will support the youth of our community and it stays right in the community.
Some of the other organizations and events funded by the Charlotte Optimists are: John W. Duris Scholarships, Arts for Youth, Chamber of Commerce, Charlotte Community Library, Charlotte Elementary School Robotics Club, Charlotte Grapplers, Charlotte Junior Orioles, Charlotte Sports Program, Charlotte Summer Recreation Program, Charlotte Fire Department and Christmas Kiddies, Crosswalk Teen Center, Eaton Clothing and Furniture, Eaton Area Senior Center, Eaton County Youth Facility, Eaton Special Riding Volunteer Association, Eaton Theatre, Foster Care Center-Guardian Angels Suitcases4Kids, Helping Hands Food Pantry, Optimist Park, Senior Yard Sign Banners around the Courthouse, Special Olympics, Teacher of the Year, Youth Appreciation Week in March.
